About
The short version.
I'm a recruiter who treats AI like a craft, not a buzzword. I spend my mornings closing roles and my evenings building tools that make the next round of closing easier.
Hiring philosophy
How I think about the candidate on the other side of the table.
Transparency is Non-Negotiable
Beat Imposter Syndrome
I faced imposter syndrome before joining HubSpot. What sold me was the transparency of my recruiter. I aim to replicate that. If you are unsure where you stand or what a team does, ASK. I value the question more than the assumption.
Inclusion First
Request Accommodation
I'm a fierce ally for neurodiversity (my daughter is neurodivergent). I helped lead the project to put accommodation requests on every job description. Autism is a neurotype, not something to be 'fixed'. If you need an accommodation, ask for it. I view this as a strength.
The Two-Way Street
Interview Us Back
This isn't just about us choosing you. It's about you choosing us. It has to make sense for both sides for you to truly thrive here. Don't just sell yourself. Vet us. Ask the hard questions. Ensure we are the right home for your next chapter.
How I recruit
Most candidates meet me first through a short personal Loom — a quick hello, a thank-you for applying, and a calendar link so booking time is easy. It sets the tone for how I run a search.
Personal, not templated
Every intro is a real video, name-checked and recorded for you. No copy-paste InMail, no mystery about who's on the other end.
Async-first, respect your time
I share context up front — the role, why your resume caught my eye, what to expect — so our live time is spent on the conversation, not the recap.
Easy to book, easy to ask
Calendar link at the top, my email in the footer. If something is unclear before we talk, ask. I'd rather answer twice than leave you guessing.
Lead with gratitude
Applying takes effort. I open by thanking candidates for that effort — then move quickly to what's next so the process keeps momentum.

Outside the inbox
The shorthand for who I am when I'm not closing roles — context I think hiring managers should have too.
